How to Choose an AI Search Visibility Agency

An agency can research responses and improve public material, but it cannot promise that independent assistants will cite or recommend a client. Evaluate controllable work and the quality of evidence.

    Questions 1–3: scope

    • Which platforms, interfaces, regions, languages, and products are included?
    • Which exact artifacts will you deliver?
    • Who researches, writes, approves, implements, and maintains each change?

    Questions 4–6: evidence

    • How are prompts selected and versioned?
    • Will we receive complete responses, dates, settings, source links, and denominators?
    • What raw support and permission exist for every case or outcome claim?

    Questions 7–9: quality controls

    • How do you distinguish technical readiness from observed assistant output?
    • How are claims sourced and structured data matched to visible content?
    • How do you handle legal review, conflicts, paid placements, and factual corrections?

    Questions 10–12: commercial terms

    • Which fees, usage limits, dependencies, and exclusions can change total cost?
    • Who owns accounts, content, code, prompt sets, and exports?
    • What data is retained or deleted, and what handover occurs at cancellation?

    Limits and next step

Ask finalists to apply the method to the same small brief. Compare clarity, evidence, and implementation fit—not guaranteed outcomes or unsupported rankings.
